ABOUT ETHAN BOWLIN

Performance 4 Life is a team of fitness professionals whose passion and daily priority is helping clients move better and live better.  We do this by applying a multi-faceted approach that enhances your performance for everyday life with movement training.

Ethan Bowlin has been in the fitness industry for 10 years and holds a Master's Degree in Biomechanics, Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training from Cal State University Northridge, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He has served as an athletic trainer and strength and conditioning coach for Cal State Northridge, and athletic trainer for the Los Angeles Kings and Moorpark College.  Ethan has taught flexibility techniques including self myofascial Release, functional progressions, core strengthening and has helped numerous people rehabilitate work-related and sports injuries.  Ethan currently coaches high school baseball in West Hills and specializes in developing a strong foundation of strength, balance, education and movement for all activity levels.



ABOUT JOHN BOCOBO

For the past 10 years John Bocobo has served the fitness industry by helping people move better for the sport of life. He holds certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the National College of Exercise Professionals (NCEP) as a CPT and Golf Conditioning Specialist in addition to a BA and California state teaching credential for physical education. Drawing from a toolbox that includes myofascial release techniques, neuromuscular stretching, corrective exercise and dynamic movements John has helped his clients live, work, and play injury free. John currently administers a performance enhancement program for boys and girls varsity soccer in West Hills.
